INVITING: God has called us to be ministers of reconciliation, to be inclusive, not exclusive. (2 Cor 5).
GROWING: As leaders we will be led by Christ and purse a deep abiding relationship with him. (1 Peter 2:21).
SERVING: Jesus came to serve, not to be served. We believe the greatest among us is the servant and this is an essential part to our spiritual growth and maturity. (Matt 23:11).
COLLABORATING: We recognize that we are better together and value meaningful relationships. God has called us to community. (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12).
